Averi, the third and final Wellman child was born on January 4th, 2012. The only one of our children to be born outside of the United States, Averi was born at Landstuhl Medical Center in Germany. Averi’s birth was quite the opposite of Noah’s. The birth record states that her birth was “precipitous”, basically meaning fast. Honestly, if we had left any later, she might have been born in the car on the way to LRMC.
Her brothers love Averi, and at times we have to tell them to get out of her space, but it is neat to see them all together. Though they can be rough at times, the boys love having a sister.
Averi’s personality is blossoming. Definitely the quietest (and easiest) of our children, Averi is a joy in our lives. The pictures above will let you see her growth and development, so check back often, as she is growing up fast. The video player below will give you a glimpse into Averi’s life.
We will try to keep you updated by posting in our blog. Follow this link to The Family Blog to get event updates pertaining to Averi.
